This is one of my "kids" this is Russell Thomas Loe, better known as RT he is a character as you can tell, He is a special child, I love Russ, he is the 5th of 5 and is spoiled rotten, he has Downs Syndrome, but that has not stopped him from being in regular school, being in the Children Choir, and just plain being a kid, he loves to get out there with the "bigger" boys and wrestle just like them, his favorite game is Duck Duck Goose, and he just laughs when you are chasing him around to find a chair so that you have to be it next. The first time that his parents brought him to church I held him and told him then "we are going to be buddies' and we are. I helped him to learn to say I love you in Sign Language, and he still does it now if we can not get to one another, he just holds up his hand to say I love you and smiles really big. We talk on the phone when he is not in school, and every chance that we get.
